Day 1- Sleep Right!

Sleep Right!

Sleep and wake up at the same time every day. Consistency matters.

According to Ayurveda, the hours between 10 pm and 3 am are considered especially important for the body's rest, repair and rejuvenation.

At the very least, switch off your devices by 10 pm. Give your mind and body a chance to slow down, and try to get to sleep soon after.

Good sleep is not a luxury. It is part of your daily reset.

Protect your sleep. Let your body repair while you rest.

Keep a Sleep Diary.

Note down your bedtime and waking time every day.

Observe your sleep pattern. Make adjustments as needed.

Prepare Your Room for Sleep

No devices one hour before bedtime.

Draw the curtains and keep the room dark.

Ensure good ventilation and a comfortable temperature.

Avoid drinking large amounts of fluids in the hour before bed.

Create a calm, quiet environment that tells your body it's time to sleep.

A better sleep builds a healthier, happier you!!

What changes will you bring to your sleep pattern?

Twelve weeks. Small steps. One meaningful change.

Why wait for January 1?

People wait for the New Year to make resolutions.

Within a few weeks, the motivation fades, life gets busy, and the resolution is broken.

So, let's do something different this time.

12 weeks to good health!

There are 3 months left for the year to end.

These 12 weeks are a gift 12 weeks to pause, reflect, reset and rebuild.

We don't need to wait for January 1st to become the person we want to be.

The perfect time?

There will never be a perfect time. We will always be busy, and there will always be something else demanding our attention.

So, instead of putting off until tomorrow what we can begin today, let's take one small step each day and see if, over these 12 weeks, those little steps can make a meaningful difference in our lives.

Shall we do this together?
